PlanNet assisted Belkin relocate from its Los Angeles Offices to their new 150,000+ SF headquarters in Playa Vista, CA.
Our scope of work included:
1. Structured Communications Cabling System (SCCS) and Technology Rooms: Planning, design and implementation oversight of voice, data (wired and wireless) and CATV/SATV infrastructure and cabling, as well as design of 1,000 SF Data Center.
2. Voice and Data Systems and Services: Reviewed Belkin’s IT strategy and vision, plans for the design and implementation of the telephone system, LAN/WAN systems (including Network Logical Security), desktop and server migration, and voice/data carrier services coordination. Also created a high level planning document that identified technology requirements and preliminary budgets, as well as tasks and resources required for implementation of technology systems/services for the new location.
