Top ranked firm out of 70!
For the second year in a row, PlanNet has been honored with the title of a Top Workplace. The designation administered by the Orange County Register has recognized 125 Companies and Organizations in Orange County as Top Workplaces 2015. Companies who make the list, such as PlanNet, are solely recognized as a Top Workplace based on surveys completed by employees.
Employees were asked to respond to 22 statements about their workplace experience and the leadership of their companies. The company rankings are based on the employee’s responses to these statements on a seven-point scale. A numerical value was attached to each statement, allowing Workplace Dynamics (the surveying company) to create an overall score for each company.
PlanNet made Top Ranking in its division – small companies (35 to 100 employees).
