Dine Brands
Dine Brands Global, a leading name in the full-service dining sector and the franchiser behind the iconic Applebee’s Grill + Bar and IHOP brands embarked on a strategic relocation from their Glendale headquarters to a new, expansive space at “10 West” located at 10 West Walnut Street in Pasadena.
This move involved approximately 80,000 SF across floors 4 and 5, signifying a significant upgrade in Dine’s operational capacity. With the architectural expertise of Gensler, MEP engineering by ARC Engineering, and project management by SAW & Associates, Dine Brands aimed to foster a more collaborative and innovative work environment.
PLANNET was engaged to ensure a seamless digital infrastructure, overseeing the installation of Wired and Wireless Voice/Data Cable infrastructure and the technology rooms (Server/Telecommunications Rooms) along with a Predictive Analysis and Validation Survey for optimal wireless coverage. Additionally, the project scope included the design of enhanced Audiovisual Systems and comprehensive Security Systems to safeguard the premises. Designed spaces include a Concept Lab, Test Kitchen, Beverage Lab, Town Square, Focus/Interview Rooms, etc.
The successful transition to the new headquarters in April 2023 marked a new chapter for Dine Brands Global, reinforcing its commitment to excellence and innovation in the dining industry.
