Chevron Corporation is a multinational energy corporation headquartered in San Ramon, California, active in over 180 countries. Chevron is engaged in every aspect of the oil and natural gas industries, including hydrocarbon exploration and production; refining, marketing, and transport; chemicals manufacturing and sales; and power generation.

Sunset Development created an approximately 400,000 SF turn-key headquarters TI for Chevron in the original 4-level AT&T Headquarters building at 2600 Camino Ramon in the Bishop Ranch development. Chevron occupies levels 2, 3, and 4.

PLANNET’s scope of work included the planning, detailed design, bid assistance, and construction administration/implementation oversight of the audiovisual and sound-masking systems, AV cabling and AV infrastructure, Wired and Wireless voice/data cable infrastructure, and CATV/SATV cabling for the building Interior, as well as the design of the technology rooms (Server /Telecommunications Rooms) with Interior Predictive Analysis Survey (Heat Mapping). Additionally, the scope of work included the design of security systems and infrastructure, including security cameras for both the Interior and exterior. All design and implementation were in accordance with Chevron.
