Child Care Resource Center (CCRC) is a private nonprofit resource and referral service that provides recommendations for licensed quality childcare for the San Fernando, Santa Clarita, and Antelope Valleys in Los Angeles County.
PlanNet initially guided CCRC in choosing a solution for the aging telephone systems installed at the agency’s locations. Voice over IP (VoIP) was a specific area of interest as a viable strategy for the organization’s multiple locations. PlanNet Consulting assessed and prioritized telecommunications issues, as well as the viability and adequacy of CCRC’s LAN environment to support potential VoIP solutions, provided budgetary information, identified a prudent course of action, and made recommendations for addressing short-term and long-term telecommunications-related needs. The recommendations allowed CCRC to make appropriate and secure telecommunications decisions for their environment.
