PlanNet Consulting was retained by California State University, Chico to provide Telecommunications Consulting for procuring a new voice platform.  PlanNet assisted with project initiation, Drafting the RFP/Specification Review and Comments, RFP Response Evaluation and Vendor Selection, and Implementation of the Project Plan.  Consistent with the requirements of CSU, PlanNet conducted an implementation review that included a high level assessment that consisted of whether or not the project achieved its stated goals; whether the project was completed within budget; the specific outcomes of the project; if the transition to ongoing operations has occurred successfully; the management process of the project; the need for subsequent actions and/or projects; and the need for subsequent reviews of the project.  All in all, another great project!
