Advertising agency Team One is relocating their headquarters from El Segundo to a former U.S. Postal Service distribution center near Playa Vista, California rebranded as the Reserve. The Reserve’s 20-acre campus, which opened this year on Jefferson Boulevard caters to companies in creative businesses.
PlanNet is working on the communications infrastructure and audio visual design for the new 65,000 SF office space. Team One is striving for LEED Gold certification.
