SESAC is the only U.S. based performance rights organization that administers public performance. To update their regional Los Angeles office, SESAC decided to relocate from the Mid-Wilshire area to a new 9,000 SF space in Santa Monica.

PlanNet’s approach to the design-build project began with conducting a thorough programming effort to correctly assess the correct tools that were needed to support SESAC’s business. From there, PlanNet supported and represented SESAC on all aspects of the project; from design to construction administration and installation of the solutions.
