SESAC

SESAC has become the nation’s most innovative performing rights organization. To update their regional Los Angeles office, SESAC decided to relocate from the Mid-Wilshire area to a new space in Santa Monica, California. To help with relocation efforts, PLANNET was approached to provide turn-key design/build of their technology systems for the new office.

PLANNET supported and represented the client on all aspects of the project, including the construction administration. By asking the right questions and engaging the client, we quickly earned their confidence and showed the value of our integration team. From the onset, our approach was to treat the project as if it was our very own office space. Always thinking ahead and really understanding the requirements of the business.
