Sunset La Cienega is an upcoming project on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood. Valued at more than $300 million, this 850,000+ GSF project will consist of an upscale 291-room hotel, an eight-story tower with 190 residential units, multi-level underground parking, shops and restaurants.
PlanNet is set to provide all low voltage systems planning, design and implementation oversight – outside plant, structured communications cabling system, audio visual systems and infrastructure and physical security systems and infrastructure.
In addition, PlanNet is providing the technology program management for all aspects of the technology systems and infrastructure to be integrated into the new facility. These include hospitality systems, IT systems, networking, telephone systems, structured cabling plant, audio visual, security, and management and oversight of technology budgets, schedules, and operator IT resources, contractors and vendors.
The project’s Developer is CIM with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill designing the hotels, and SOM and Lorcan O’Herlihy teaming up for the apartment buildings.
