The 2015 Stars & Stripes Tournament raised over $2.8 million at this year’s event.

Steve Miano, PlanNet’s Managing Principal, along with family and friends attended the event again this year to show support for the beneficial work this charity provides to the community at-large.

About the Stars & Stripes Tournament: The Stars & Stripes Tournament, benefiting youth charities since 1997, is really more of a “fishing, golf, and music festival.”  This world-class charity fundraiser, held in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, combines spectacular deep sea fishing and golf on Mexico’s finest courses with beautiful accommodations and top-notch musical entertainment. The hugely popular event has raised and donated more than $20 million to worthy youth charities over the course of its 18-year history.  More than just a fundraiser, Stars & Stripes creates lasting memories for the organizations it assists, as well as those participating in the event each year.

The 2015 charity beneficiaries include:

  • Big Brothers Big Sisters Of Orange County;
  • Miracles For Kids;
  • Orangewood Children’s Foundation;
  • Casa (Court Appointed Special Advocates);
  • Homeaid Orange County; and
  • Building Baja’s Future.
