PlanNet Consulting managed two primary enterprise-wide projects. The first project consisted of assisting FedEx Kinko’s with the selection of an IP Telephony platform for their Branches. Our services included a telecommunications and data communications needs assessment (including Call Center and IVR), and evaluation of various manufacturers and distributors through a RFP process. The second project involved providing project management/project coordination for a proof of concept to support an enterprise-wide Interactive Voice Response (IVR) design and deployment. Both projects were successfully completed.
