PlanNet is currently in the design phase for the Crescent Central Station in Orlando, Florida. The new mixed-use development is located near a multi-modal transit station and the Orlando City Hall, allowing ease of access to both destinations. The development which sits on two acres will include 12,000 SF of street-level retail/restaurant space, 275 luxury apartments, and six levels of parking.
