Joseph Harrod, Director

Joseph Harrod is the Director of Technology and Account Operations at PLANNET. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance, he has a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen that has enabled him to excel in his role.

Over the years, Joseph has held various positions, including working as a Senior Consultant in PLANNET’s Physical Security and Managed Services departments. In his current role, Joseph is adept at identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing process improvements that lead to increased productivity, decreased costs, and enhanced customer satisfaction. Joseph also works closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

Prior to joining PLANNET, Joseph held roles as an associate at an NBA franchise, a sales and marketing representative for a national company with a 100-year history, and helped low-income families achieve discounts on their gas and electric bills.
